Hello World!

Greetings from the new Student Council! Right, now that the elections are over and all the minor details and random bureaucratic stuff is essentially out of the way, we’ve more or less gotten down to business. ‘Business’, in our case, being the act of planning the Annual A-Levels Ball. But more on that later, mmkay?

Well…yeah. So, to recap, the new Student Council consists of:

President - Jason Chow

Vice-President - Hitakshi

Secretary - Pia (me!)

Treasurer - Lim Pei Hau

Marketing Exco - Matthew Pang

Social Exco - Tan Sze Yin

Sports Exco - Jonathan Hoe

So yeah…to the ball.

Right now, we’re still finalising details of the A-Levels Annual Ball. We’ll keep you posted on that. In the interim, we may be recruiting people for subcommittees in the near future (kind of like what they did for the A-Levels Fiesta. You went for the A-Levels Fiesta, didn’t you? No? Then I bet you regretted it. You should totally come for the ball then. Otherwise you’ll regret that too. No, seriously!) Planning and everything is kind of taking up most of our resources at the moment, mainly because we need to sort things out lest they clash with our study plans. But yeah, that doesn’t mean you can’t come to us with any questions, complaints or suggestions. We’ll be happy to hear whatever you have to say, and you have my word that we will try to address whatever issues you have as soon as possible. Just that, with the limited resources we have at the moment, we may not be able to help you right away.

Anyways, I want to keep this short and sweet, so yes - hello to you all, and we hope to hear from you.
